Unresolved grief and anger live in your body and mind. As much as you want to avoid it or run away from it, the body remembers.
As challenging as it is to deal with such suffering, the grief is actually a reflection of love. The grief is a gift to heal the pain. Honoring grief is honoring that love.
Anger can be our teacher when channeled in empowering ways. The anger ignites a fire within us that can transform the struggle.
The intention of Grief Yoga™ is to blend many forms of yoga, movement, breath and sound to help release sadness, anger and regret from the mind and body to lift our spirit and connect us to the gift of life.
This sacred workshop also explores how embodying the elements of Earth, Water, Fire and Air can connect us into harmony and grace within deep struggle.
Whether it's your first time doing yoga or you've done it many times, this workshop is for you.
A compassionate experience to take at your own pace that can be done from a yoga mat or chair. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but there will be extras if you don't.
